Growing up I was often shouted down for my opinions, views and emotions and because of this, I tend to keep my views to myself for fear of ridicule.

Until now!

wrote this story back in the early 1990's. It was written after I went from being a family of two to a family of four over night, literally.

Having a family increase like that meant there would have to be a lot of changes in our lifestyle and especially in our spending habits.

Squidalogue is, quite simply, a collection or catalogue of Squidoo Lenses. This is a catalogue of all my Squidoo lenses. They include health, promotion and animals.

Yes my name is a nod to a city I don't live in, however Albuquerque is a place I love to visit.

I am a typical anal retentive Republican Aries who loves open road adventures, is obsessed with history and the old west, lives for movies and worships a little band called Rush.

I am a mother, wife, daughter, best friend, small business owner, Girl Scout Troop Leader, soccer mom, youth basketball coach, school volunteer, blogger, twitterer (is that a word? LOL,) pet owner, Christian, poker player and so much more! For my first (of hopefully many!) lens I would like to introduce you to me.

I always like to strive for creativity in life. I like to think of this lens as some sort of an alternative to a lensography.

Who am I? A lens about me and my journey as a woman, a health professional and now health coach. The labels that I choose to define me and the things that I celebrate about my life.

That's what Chipirons are: Baby Squid in cooking terminology but it a seemed fitting term for my babies: my lenses :)
